Our chain-stretcher pinions are made by co-molding a bearing in the technopolymer (Polyamide filled with glass fiber). They are often used as substitute for stainless steel pinions, in aggressive or humid environments, and in many other applications (from agriculture, to packaging machines) in which they also remarkably reduce noise (compared to metal pinions); the pinions are available in various numbers of teeth and pitches (1/2, 5/8 etc).
If you do not find the chain-stretcher pinion suitable for your application, or you need co-molded stainless steel bearings, do not hesitate to contact us and submit your design; we will evaluate the best way to make it.
WE MEET THE REQUESTS OF OUR CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING A "FINISHED" PRODUCT.
