Pinions

Our pinions for roller chains (according to DIN8187/8188) are made of polyamide based technopolymer filled with glass fiber and they are ideal to use in aggressive, damp or sand/dust contact environments.

Precisely for this quality, many companies in different sectors have replaced the steel pinions of their machines with Stagnoli pinions, considerably lightening them and reducing the noise and the need for greasing. They are available in various numbers of teeth and pitches (1/2, 5/8 etc).

They are normally supplied with a rough hole, but for minimum quantities we supply the finished custom-designed piece through CNC turning (holes, keys, grains, etc.)
